VAN M. FLETCHER, VICE PRESIDENT &
PRINCIPAL
Mr. Fletcher has more than twenty years of real estate experience
incorporating the design, financing, construction, development,
marketing and leasing of general office and medical office
facilities. His experience has varied from 400,000 square foot, $90
million,
Class “A” office buildings to 10,000 square foot, $1.2 million medical office
buildings. Mr. Fletcher has managed the development or financing of
more than $250 million of medical office building assets.

JOHN C. CARTER, VICE PRESIDENT &
PRINCIPAL
Mr. Carter joined Meadows & Ohly as Director of Asset Management and
became a principal of the firm in 2001. He currently oversees the
property and asset management group for a portfolio consisting of
approximately 3 million square feet of medical office
space. Mr. Carter’s focus includes coordination and strategic
leadership for Meadows & Ohly’s property and asset management group
specializing in operations efficiency improvements, operating cost
management and tenant relationships.

JOSEPH S. YOUNG, VICE PRESIDENT &
PRINCIPAL
Mr. Young primarily serves Meadows & Ohly’s clients with strategic consulting
services, as well as development activities including: feasibility
studies, development management, project planning, leasing,
site/facility acquisitions, re-capitalization, tenant/investor
relations and project financing. Mr. Young also coordinates our
firm’s business development activity.

JAY BOWLING, vICE PRESIDENT & PRINCIPAL
Mr. Bowling associated with Meadows and
Ohly in 2003. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a
Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License. Mr. Bowling is the Partner
in charge of Meadows & Ohly’s Charlotte office. While actively
involved in all aspects of development, acquisitions, financing and
property management, Mr. Bowling’s primary areas of expertise are in
strategic planning and development activities including: feasibility
studies, project planning, leasing, financing and property
management.

K. PARKER CHAMBLISS, vICE PRESIDENT & PRINCIPAL
Mr. Chambliss
associated with Meadows & Ohly in 1998. He holds a Georgia Real
Estate Salesperson License. As Partner with Meadows & Ohly, Mr.
Chambliss is responsible for the procurement, management and
delivery of design and construction services. In addition to his
overall project and construction management responsibilities, Mr.
Chambliss provides leasing and feasibility study development
services.

CHRISTIAN T. HAUCK,
VICE PRESIDENT & PRINCIPAL
Chris Hauck joined Meadows & Ohly, LLC in 2006. He holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force
Academy and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from
Georgia State University. After serving the Air Force as a
Development Manager designing and developing medical facilities
across the United States, Mr. Hauck joined Meadows & Ohly’s
Development Services group. Since then, Mr. Hauck has provided
financial analysis for acquisitions and new development projects
ranging in size from $5 million single purpose medical office
buildings to $75 million multi–building portfolios. In addition, Mr.
Hauck has led pre-development planning, procurement of financing,
development management, consulting and leasing services for
hospitals and physicians.
