Meadows & Ohly, LLC - Parkway Physicians Center Open House

On Monday, November 7, 2011 approximately 500 people attended an open house for the Kennestone Outpatient Pavilion (KOP). The KOP is a 129,168 rentable square foot medical office and outpatient facility on the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital Campus and is directly attached to the Kennestone Women’s Center at three different floors and to the adjoining Kennestone Blue Parking Deck at two floors.

The KOP received a certificate of occupancy and the first tenants moved in during May 2011. Since then, Meadows & Ohly, the developer and general partner of the project has been supervising the completion of the remainder of the tenant suites. The open house was an opportunity for all stakeholders, tenants and guests to enjoy tours of all tenant suites and celebrate the project.

During the evening, the Meadows & Ohly team was grateful to hear consistent positive comments regarding the KOP’s attractiveness, efficiency and convenience for both users, physicians and staff. We are grateful to all who worked so hard to bring this unique project to completion including the design and construction team, property management staff and all the Wellstar and Kennestone staff that we coordinated with.
