The Meadows & Ohly Philanthropic Committee organizes volunteer opportunities for employees to use their time and talent toward serving others. Over the past ten years, the corporate office has chosen one day a year to close for the day and serve local communities in various capacities. This became known as the Day of Service.
This year, the Atlanta office once again joined the Hapeville, GA Paint the Town program which was started by Meadows & Ohly building manager, Richard Murray and his wife. The volunteer program serves Hapeville residents by providing handyman services (primarily painting) to those who are either financially or physically unable to perform the tasks. A total of six homes received new paint, carpentry or general repair work. The homeowners were present throughout the day and were extremely grateful for the work that was performed.
Meadows & Ohly believes that our success is a result of the exceptional people who strive to make a difference in the lives of others.
