Meadows & Ohly is proud to announce that Sam Wellborn, Construction Program Manager, has earned his Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) credential from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), a personal membership group of the American Hospital Association (AHA).
Sam joined Meadows & Ohly as a Project Manager in 2005. He is responsible for the management and delivery of design and construction services. Sam has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including 15 years of commercial construction. Since he’s been with Meadows & Ohly, Sam has managed over 1,000,000 SF of base building and interior construction, representing total project costs of over $100,000,000. Sam's healthcare experience includes physician office spaces of every major specialty, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic centers, and urgent care. While working as a General Contractor, he served as Project Manager on multiple Meadows & Ohly developed projects.
