Alpharetta, GA
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate for this role will have an active real estate license to conduct commercial real estate transactions. You will be working with an established healthcare real estate brokerage team to assist clients with their real estate needs. You will be conducting tasks such as site selection and evaluation, negotiating terms for commercial real estate transactions, and conducting market research.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizing and maintaining real estate contracts, property listings, client files, and other important paperwork.
Answering client inquiries, providing updates on transactions, and coordinating communications between clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Assist in scheduling inspections, appraisals and closings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted on time.
Understanding current market conditions, property values and rental rates, and competitive landscape to better advise clients.
Actively seek out new clients through a variety of networking methods.
Assist clients in finding suitable commercial properties to fit their needs.
Ensuring adherence to real estate regulations and licensing requirements.
Assist with marketing materials, property listings, and promotional activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Proficiency with HubSpot or other similar CRM platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
Ability to work well in a small, dynamic, regional team environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in a related field preferred.
Active real estate license.
Previous work experience in commercial or healthcare real estate preferred.
Must be able to successfully pass a background, credit and drug screen.
