Peachtree Corners, GA 12/3/19 - Meadows & Ohly (M&O) is pleased to announce a partnership with Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL, for the development of their new state-of-the-art 650,000, SF 260 bed replacement hospital and MOB that will be strategically located near I-110 in Pensacola (2.5 miles from the existing hospital). The new facility will occupy 57 acres and provide greater access for patients in the Northwest Florida region via the I-110 corridor. Current plans are for the existing Baptist Hospital facility on W Moreno Street and E Street to remain as a central hub for administration and the numerous community outreach programs that partner with Baptist to serve the local community.

Meadows & Ohly is serving as the Program Manager for the $550M multi-year medical campus development project which is scheduled to open in summer 2023. M&O will be responsible for scope development and oversight, schedule and budget oversight in addition to management of the integrated design and construction team. With deep healthcare real estate experience, M&O excels at creating exceptional places of care which in turn lead to Better Healthcare for those in need.
