M&O assists health system leadership and their Boards evaluate new growth opportunities, including prioritization of capital allocation for new projects. Our team of former healthcare executives, strategists and CPAs has developed proprietary metrics and scoring systems to help systems evaluate relative opportunities among multiple options and communicate them to the Board.
