Georgia brings more than 25 years of architectural and planning experience, including over two decades dedicated to healthcare. Her expertise spans master planning, clinical programming, evidence-based design, and the development of complex acute care, ambulatory, and specialty facilities. She previously served as Partner and Healthcare Studio Principal at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, where she led multidisciplinary teams, strengthened client relationships, and guided major healthcare planning and design initiatives.
Beyond her project work, Georgia has contributed to the advancement of healthcare design through national speaking engagements, publications, and industry recognition. She has presented at leading forums, including the Planetree Global Person-Centered Care Forum, IFMA WorldWorkplace, and the Healthcare Design Conference, sharing insights on patient-centered environments, data-driven design, and the use of post-occupancy evaluations to inform future planning. Her contributions reflect a commitment to applying research and industry-leading practices to create healthcare environments that better support patients, caregivers, and healthcare organizations.
In her role as Vice President of Master Planning, Georgia will help advance Meadows & Ohly's master planning capabilities, working alongside healthcare organizations to evaluate existing facilities, anticipate future needs, and develop thoughtful, actionable strategies for growth. Her experience translating complex clinical requirements into comprehensive facility plans will further strengthen the firm's ability to guide clients through important healthcare real estate decisions.
