Chad Boone earns CHC credentials

Meadows & Ohly is proud to announce that Chad Boone, Portfolio Manager, has earned his Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) credential from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), a personal membership group of the American Hospital Association (AHA).

Chad Joined Meadows & Ohly, LLC in 2017 as Portfolio Manager and opened the Jacksonville Regional Office. Chad serves Meadows & Ohly clients through areas of development, asset management, and business development. His core expertise are in the delivery facets of our business including: predevelopment, design, and construction. Chad has actively participated in the development of construction projects valued in excess of $150 million. These projects include free standing emergency departments, acute care hospital expansions, diagnostic imaging, surgery centers, and an array of tenant improvements.

The purpose of the CHC credential is to help healthcare facilities across the nation optimize their facilities by hiring the most knowledgeable and experienced representatives in the profession of healthcare construction. Since constructors that work in this environment are responsible for designing safe and efficient buildings that are perfect to deliver healthcare services, having the skills needed to fulfill job responsibilities is crucial.
