Our Perspective

Meadows & Ohly’s management strategy is based on 48+ years of owning and managing hospital-based medical office buildings. With an owner’s perspective, we understand that our core objective is to maximize physician satisfaction through responsive service; enhance the asset value through proactive maintenance; lower operating costs; efficiently manage tenant improvements and capital projects; and fulfill physician strategies by executing a disciplined, consistent management plan.

We have built a core competency of aligning the interests of all stakeholders in the outpatient and physician office environment – the hospital, physicians, and patients - to elevate the brand and deliver better healthcare to the market. All of our management activities are driven toward that end.

Tenant Experience

Meadows & Ohly’s property management group is committed to a foundation of “high touch, high service”. Our operational systems and staffing are designed to provide superior service and quick response to our tenants. Each tenant will be able to contact our Building Manager directly via cell phone or e-mail for maintenance requests. Our expectation is that Building Managers respond to tenant requests in ten minutes or less. In addition, we require that our Property Manager and building management team perform casual, but intentional, visits with all tenants, with the goal of face-to-face contact at least one time per week. Nurturing the tenant relationship through a culture of high touch, high service is essential to the successful operation of any medical office building.
