Tim brings more than 20 years of experience managing large-scale, multi-phase healthcare capital programs, including hospital expansions, campus transformations, and greenfield developments totaling approximately $3 billion in project value. He has extensive experience guiding health systems through complex planning, design, and construction efforts, with a strong focus on maintaining stakeholder alignment, managing risk, and supporting operations in active healthcare environments.
