Meadows & Ohly served as developer for AdventHealth Minneola Medical Plaza, a 60,000 SF medical office building located on the AdventHealth Minneola Hospital campus in Minneola, Florida. The facility expands access to outpatient care for South Lake County and surrounding communities, bringing a wide range of specialty services together in one convenient location. Services include cardiology, gastroenterology, general surgery, medical oncology, orthopedics, sports medicine, vascular care, urology, laboratory services, and a retail pharmacy.
The medical plaza complements the new AdventHealth Minneola Hospital, strengthening the health system’s presence in a rapidly growing region and helping patients access specialized care closer to home. Meadows & Ohly collaborated with AdventHealth, architect ESa, general contractor Brasfield & Gorrie, and the broader project team to bring this healthcare destination to life, supporting the continued expansion of comprehensive, whole-person care throughout the South Lake community.
