Located near uptown Charlotte on Blythe Road, the expansive 12-story, 1.1 million square foot facility will address diverse healthcare needs and is scheduled to open its doors in 2027. The new bed tower will seamlessly connect with the existing Dickson Tower and the David L. Conlan Center at Atrium Health Carolinas Rehabilitation. At full occupancy the facility will house 448 patient rooms, 38 operating rooms, 16 procedure room, a pod style emergency department, a new helipad and much more.
