Meadows & Ohly served as Program Manager for the new Atrium Health Lake Norman Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility bringing high-quality care to the fast-growing communities of Mecklenburg County.
Located on a 33-acre site in Cornelius, North Carolina, this five-story, 171,000-square-foot hospital is built to meet the region’s present and future healthcare needs. The campus has been designed for long-term expansion as the population continues to grow.
The hospital features a 24-hour emergency department, advanced imaging, operating and procedure rooms, an on-site lab and pharmacy, and a dedicated labor and delivery floor. It also offers a wide range of specialty services, including orthopedics, cardiovascular care, OB-GYN, and concierge medicine.
This project advances Atrium Health’s vision for regional growth extending the system’s footprint with a scalable facility that enhances comprehensive care delivery across North Mecklenburg.
