Baptist HealthPlace at Nocatee

Meadows & Ohly partnered with Baptist Health to deliver the Baptist HealthPlace at Nocatee. The comprehensive, 86,000 SF health and wellness facility opened in 2021 and is dedicated to not only top-quality medical care, but all aspects of healthy living with features such as YMCA, Life Coach, Airnasium (large covered outdoor greenspace) and a health-focused cafe. A Healthy Living Center is staffed by a Baptist health coach and provides free health screenings, one-on-one wellness consultations, and “Talk with a Doc” events on a variety of health topics.

The project is anchored by an integrated group of partners including Baptist Health, Brooks Rehab and YMCA. Meadows & Ohly served as Strategic Advisor, Program Manager and Property Manager.
