Meadows & Ohly is serving as the Developer for The University of Tennessee Medical Center (UTMC) Regional Health Center- Morristown in Talbot, Tennessee and will also provide Property Management services at the facility. The ownership consists of physician investors, UTMC, and M&O. The project will contain 52,000 rentable square feet of Class A medical office space and is adjacent to a recently constructed 12,000 SF ambulatory surgery center.
The MOB will be used for occupational medicine, a mix of surgical specialties, physical therapy, medical infusion, cardiovascular diagnostics, wound care, and a sleep center. The project is part of UTMC’s ambulatory growth strategy and is being used as a physician alignment tool in this important market
